Bradley Therapy is looking for a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children reach their physical milestones in home health, outpatient, and school settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising therapist.
- Deliver engaging and effective 53-minute therapy sessions that promote mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
- Accurately document session notes, attendance, and progress in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with your supervising PT regarding client progress, concerns, and updates.
- Support families, caregivers, and teachers with strategies to encourage physical development and carryover of therapeutic activities at home and school.
- Manage your schedule and travel independently within assigned service areas.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA license required
- Pediatric experience preferred (home health, outpatient, or school settings)
- Current CPR certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to homes, schools, and community locations
Compensation
- $55 per completed treatment session (each session is 53 minutes)
- $0.20 per mile for client-related travel
