Responsibilities
- Safely operate golf carts to transport guests across the property, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading personal belongings or equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the golf carts, reporting any issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly with guests, providing directions or answering questions about the property.
- Follow designated routes and schedules efficiently to ensure timely guest transportation.
- Ensure compliance with all local transportation laws and company policies at all times.
- Support other team members during busy periods by assisting with guest inquiries or logistical needs.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, bus driver, or chauffeur is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local driving routes enhances efficiency.
- Experience operating passenger vehicles such as vans, limousines, or medical transport vehicles is a plus.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance, and safe driving practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to perform light manual handling tasks and lift moderate loads when necessary.
- Prior experience in local driving routes, heavy lifting, or client communication roles will support success in this position.
