We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Sales, Estimating, and Marketing teams. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
What You’ll Do
- Support Sales and Estimating with proposals, quote reviews, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain key systems and data (Salesforce, labor rates, project lists, prequalifications)
- Coordinate marketing efforts including branded materials, events, and presentations
- Assist with website updates, content, and basic analytics
- Manage documentation such as Statements of Qualifications and compliance records
- Provide general administrative support (meeting minutes, timesheets, occasional travel, etc.)
- Help maintain company records, licenses, and employee-related updates
What You Bring
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
- Office experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
