Residential HVAC Service Technician (Mid-Level & Experienced)
Location: Field-Based | Full-Time
Base Pay: $32.00 - $48.00/hour depending on experience, certifications, and skill level
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime opportunities

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they become major repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and performance concerns
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during every service call
- Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service
What You Bring
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your service calls effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience with airflow diagnostics and system performance testing
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing
