Job Summary:
The Project Manager will organize, manage, and track Landscape Construction progress from start to finish.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversees a team of Foreman and Laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
· Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
· Block times to visit jobs as necessary depending on scope of work.
· Drives company truck to and from work sites, to transport the necessary tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the job. (Drive safely and according to all laws and regulations)

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Plans, assigns, supervises, and inspects the work of subordinates, apprentices, helpers, and laborers in all areas of the project.
· Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Frequent jobsite visits and walkthroughs to assure quality control.
· Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
· Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
· Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. (Via email, phone, text, in person)
· Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
· Communicates and collaborates with Construction Superintendents, Maintenance Supervisors, Scheduling, Business Operations, Human Resources and Office Coordinator.
· Ensures compliance with state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
· Performs other related duties as assigned:
o Submitting photos / notes via current software (Bascamp, LMN, Email)
o Assists with approving time off requests for his crews
o Assists with accurate timecard keeping within his division
o Run Foreman meetings on training topics: Safety, chemicals, amendments, any company updates.
o Dedicated time in office

Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma
· 5 years in a supervisor role
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,714.35 - $72,000.00 per year
