Job Summary:
The Office / Inventory associate will coordinate office tasks and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Oversees telephone services and assists with email correspondence.
- Assists with maintaining office supplies.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files.· Assists with Managing inventory:
- Check-in / out materials as needed, weekly inventory audits, and file management.
- Create purchase orders.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to function well in a stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Can do attitude
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Valid Drivers License
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
