Role Description
This is a full-time, high volume Real Estate Paralegal role. The Real Estate Paralegal must be experienced in conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant documents for real estate closing transactions, managing files and maintaining organized records for closings, communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding file updates and documentation, due diligence, handling title insurance, and working with residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the real estate process. This can be an in-office, hybrid or remote position.
Two-week, in-person training will be required at our Anderson, SC office location. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
- Experience with Title Insurance
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be technologically proficient with a variety of software including Microsoft Office products and SoftPro Select
- Must have five to ten years of real estate paralegal experience
- Must live in the United States
