Customer Success Manager for OSR Academy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of OSR (Outside Sales Rep) Academy as 20-30 participants complete a 12-month course, online and offline
- Successfully onboard participants, and establish a partnership with their managers, ensuring full adoption and long-term success of the OSR Academy
- Organize all aspects of the program, including use of web-based learning management systems, course content and homework assignments, quarterly surveys, management of due dates, and weekly lessons.
- Coordinate and manage bi-weekly live training sessions with Hartmann and Guest Experts
- Proactively engage with participants through phone, email, and video calls to ensure they are completing weekly assignments and using sales training tools
- Facilitate student engagement, grade student-submitted content, and provide consistent reporting to the executive and manager
- Conduct monthly checkups with local managers discussing their participants as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters relating to OSR Academy
- Proactively collect testimonials and referrals throughout the year

Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with close attention to detail
- Must be comfortable navigating online platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consistently positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing low levels of conflict as you hold students accountable

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Kajabi and Canvas is a plus, but not required
Expectations:
- Candidates must reside in the DFW area.
- You will have 2 work locations: your primary work location (your home) and your secondary work location (office in Flower Mound).
- The majority of the work is remote, however, 25% of the time the Customer Success Manager will meet with the team in Flower Mound. There is variability on a week-to-week basis regarding which date and times we meet.

- Dedicate your full attention to your job duties during working hours.
- You will work and be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch.
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
