Position: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
· Manage shipment and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.
· Receiving, stocking, stacking, and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
· Pulling packing and loading
· Collaborate and communicate with logistics, customer service representatives, service providers, and other involved parties in shipping and
· Track, trace and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments
· Maintain clean, neat, and member-ready area.
· Promptly sorts and stocks receivables.
· Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
· Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
· Inventory Management
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles/ inventory management role.
· Ability to lift and move heavy packages when needed.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and sense of time organizations and urgency
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
· Able to work independently and within a team.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
