Bradley Electrical Services is looking for a skilled Lead Electrician to join our growing team. Lead Electrician ($25–$30/hr):Lead small crews, complete residential/commercial electrical installations, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity on assigned projects.
Senior Lead Electrician ($30–$40/hr):Lead larger and more complex projects, mentor and develop electricians, solve advanced field challenges, and set the standard for quality, leadership, and customer satisfaction across multiple jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from rough-in to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and code compliance
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical, wiring, and lighting systems for residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and plans accurately
- Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters
- Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians, providing guidance and on-the-job training
- Coordinate with contractors, builders, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
- Manage service work in clients’ homes with professionalism and care
- Pick up materials as needed to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and deliver on their needs
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Proven experience as a Lead Electrician or equivalent role
- Strong technical knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Knowledge of frame carpentry is a plus
- High integrity and strong work ethic

- Excellent communication skills with both team members and clients
