BradfordLee, LLC is proud to partner with our client, a turn-key real estate investment firm, to search for their new Director of Sales. This individual will provide strategic leadership and guidance to a talented sales team with a variety of sales styles. Our client’s new sales leader will develop and execute the company’s sales strategy, foster a high-performance team culture, and ensure consistent revenue growth through both strategic planning and day-to-day operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic, personable, and professional sales director who will lead by example while expanding existing sales channels, developing new ones, and cultivating high-impact strategic partnerships with wealth management and strategist groups This “player/coach” will work closely with internal departments while adjusting their team management and sales efforts based on the needs of the business. The company’s marketing team generates leads and the sales team also benefits from additional inbound inquires.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales will be based in our client’s Alabama office and network within the local business community.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and refine the overall sales strategy to align with team and company goals for organizational growth and profitability
· Lead, motivate, coach (when appropriate) and develop a high-performing team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
· Identify sales process inefficiencies and performance gaps and guide team members to strengthen their closing skills and improve conversion rates
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to keep strategy current and effective
· Develop new and existing sales channels and strategic partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 5 years of experience in a high-volume management, sales leadership, or director role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling teams within growing organizations
· Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding team sales goals while holding individuals accountable through market cycles
· Experience with sales turn time of four to six months is preferred
· Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with experience optimizing implementation to maximize organizational value and comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
