Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. This role involves assisting with a variety of outdoor landscaping, maintenance, and construction projects. If you enjoy working outside, staying active, and learning hands-on skills, this is a great opportunity. You’ll help create and maintain beautiful landscapes for both residential and commercial clients.
This position offers real-world experience in landscaping and construction, with opportunities to grow and move up. Christmas light installations and snow removal provides winter work, helping keep employment year-round. Weekly attendance bonuses and commission-based pay are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain clean, healthy lawns
- Perform landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, tree care, and shrub trimming
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery (training provided)
- Support hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
- Assist with gardening tasks including soil prep, planting, and maintaining garden beds
- Help with snow plowing and winter services to ensure safe access for clients
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs
- Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and the crew safe on job sites
Requirements
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge or interest in learning equipment and tools
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture, snow plowing, tree trimming, or hardscapes is a plus
- Ability to handle physical work, lift materials, and work outdoors in different weather
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $18.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 50.0 per week
