About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your expertise and attention to detail will enable you to support our residents in achieving their optimal level of health, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, and toileting residents
Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Participate in educational programs and in-service training to stay current with industry best practices
Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, dignity, and respect for all residents
Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of PA
