CHAPEL RIDGE is seeking compassionate candidates to join our Resident Assistant team. Full & Part Time positions available. Some weekend hours are required. No experience necessary. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. All training is provided.
Job Responsibilities
The Resident Assistant’s role is to assist residents with care needs while promoting the highest level of independence possible.
- Assist with activities of daily living (Examples-dressing and grooming, showers, toileting)
- Assist with serving and cleaning up after meals
- Monitoring for any changes in residents conditions
- Maintain a trusting and comforting environment within the home
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Pay: $14.60 per hour (weekend pay and evening shift differential)
