Bradford Forest LLC, a leading hardwood lumber and dimension parts manufacturing company situated in the rolling hills of Northwestern Pennsylvania, is looking for a Moulder Operator for our Bradford, Pennsylvania location. The Moulder Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating the Moulder in our Dimension Mill. An operator in this position is expected to work in a hands-on fashion, to take ownership of the quality and quantity of product produced.
Job Responsibilities
- Capable of working efficiently/safely as well as keeping a high level of precision.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
- Set up and operate Moulder.
- Inspects stock being cut to determine defects.
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred. Moulder Operator experience a plus.
- Detail oriented with attention to exact measurements a must.
- Self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task
- Great attitude
- Standing for long periods of time, bending and stooping
- Reliable individual with an excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed.
