Product Owner | Money Movement Solutions

Acts as the bridge between business and technology to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant payment products and solutions. Owns the payments product backlog and roadmap execution, translates business and regulatory requirements into user stories, validates end-to-end payment flows, and drives continuous improvement across money movement capabilities (e.g., wires, ACH, Zelle, RTP, cross-border solutions, among others).

Scope of Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner (PO) for the Money Movement solutions’ team, leading the execution of the Bank’s payments strategy and prioritized initiatives across digital and core payment platforms
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and daily performance of payment products, ensuring successful delivery, operational stability, and continuous enhancements across domestic and cross-border payment capabilities
• Work closely with the Product Managers and senior leadership to interpret product strategy and propose solutions to help achieve the business objectives
• Bring to life the product vision and strategy working with the relevant teams and stakeholders
• Refine product roadmap aligned with business goals to drive innovation
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, in partnership with the Product Managers, ensuring the highest-value features are timely developed and implemented
• Implement agile methodologies to coordinate sprints and ensure continuous alignment with business objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with IT engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and business operations teams to enable squad delivery
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure support and drive adoption

Risk Management

• Comply with Bradesco Bank Credit and Compliance/BSA policies

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in payments, banking, or financial services product delivery, with a strong focus on implementation and execution of payment solutions
• Proven experience owning end-to-end implementation of payment products
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including ACH, wires, SWIFT, real-time payments, and cross-border payment flows
• Ability to coordinate effectively across technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders to drive execution and resolve dependencies
• Understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and risk frameworks
• Experience with digital transformation, agile delivery, and modern product development practices
• Understanding key revenue and expense of drivers and financial planning basics
• Experience utilizing advanced analytics to drive decision-making
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Education

• Degree in business, finance, project or product management, economics, or similar. A master’s degree is preferred

Languages

• Fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese are considered a plus
