What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of US Offshore Distribution │ Asset Management position at Bradesco Bank?

Scope of Responsibilities:
The candidate will be free to expand Bradesco Asset Management’s existing LATAM and Europe distribution network, responsible for asset raising and farming on behalf of Bradesco Asset Management partners. The professional will interact with both institutional and discretionary investors. I.e. pension and insurance funds, sovereign funds, banks, multi-family offices and fund of funds.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, highly commercial, investment literate to high level with 5 years of experience in the investment industry in a sales role. They will have had exposure to clients and the sales process.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Additionally, many professionals in this role pursue advanced degrees, such as a master's degree in finance or an MBA, to deepen their expertise and enhance their qualifications.
Desired Certification:
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Language:
Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is also an asset.
