Bilingual Sales Associate
Bradenton Furniture Outlet is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish and enjoys working with customers. Previous furniture or retail sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding furniture that fits their needs, style, and budget.
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers and work to close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of our furniture collections, products, and current promotions.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
- Fluent/proficient in both English and Spanish — required.
- Previous sales, retail, or furniture sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to earn through commission.
- Ability to learn product information and confidently explain it to customers.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and a retail schedule.
