Braden Automotive is growing and looking for a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Automotive Service Writer with Reception Duties to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping a shop running smoothly, and being the communication hub between customers and technicians, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Write service tickets, document customer concerns, and communicate repair needs clearly
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow for technicians
- Provide estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and repair orders
- Handle reception duties including answering phones, checking customers in/out, and general office tasks
- Ensure a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly front desk area
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

- Experience as a service writer, advisor, receptionist, or similar customer‑facing role (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
