What You’ll Do
- Make and receive a high volume of professional, friendly, and confident phone calls
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer messages
- Schedule sales and service appointments using proven follow‑up processes
- Maintain accurate customer notes, updates, and communication history in the CRM system
- Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the Braden Automotive Group brand
- Work closely with sales and service teams to support daily and monthly goals
- Meet performance targets for calls, appointments, and follow‑up activity
