We are seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join our team. Our projects typically range from $10 million to $75 million, and we welcome candidates who have led challenging projects of any size and are eager to grow as leaders in the industry. Bonus potential in addition to the advertised salary range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction site operations
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain schedules
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
- Maintain effective communication with owners, architects, and project managers
- Utilize digital project management tools (Procore experience preferred)
Qualifications:
- Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders
- Proficient in online project management systems (Procore a plus)
- Demonstrates strong ethics, integrity, and character—committed to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
