Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage teams of contractors and subcontractors, ensure quality standards are met, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success by applying your comprehensive knowledge of construction management, estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage contractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility before project commencement.
- Coordinate construction schedules with all stakeholders to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality control standards.
- Perform construction estimating to accurately forecast costs and assist in budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality inspections and construction inspection processes to ensure work meets industry standards and contractual requirements.
- Manage project documentation including reports, logs, change orders, and compliance records.
- Supervise technical project teams with electrical experience or specialized skills relevant to infrastructure projects.
