Come join the Team! We’re currently seeking a Car Wash Associate
As a Car Wash Associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work with an amazing team in a fun environment while rotating among different areas throughout the day.
- Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs.
- Create “Wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction.
- Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel.
- Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
- Follow all Brads Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
- The ability to connect with customers.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
- Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
- A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
