ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences that support the continued growth of our insurance agency. You will use your attention to detail, communication skills, and genuine desire to help people to resolve questions, coordinate with internal team members, and proactively meet the needs of the clients and community we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and/or in person, providing clear policy and coverage information.
- Assist customers with policy servicing requests, including changes, updates, and general account maintenance.
- Support the claims process by submitting and/or coordinating claim information and following up with customers to ensure timely next steps.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system (CRM).
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate documentation, and a consistent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to help customers understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate next steps to the appropriate team member.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient approach when handling questions and concerns.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following processes accurately.
