What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security & Maintenance - SFH position at BRAD HALL COMPANIES?
South Fork Housing is currently seeking Security and Maintenance. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing.
The Security and Maintenance will primarily be focused on:

Follow company safety standards and report issues

Work with Guardian and within our parking contract to properly boot cars who do not have a permit or are incorrectly parked

Lock the deck and amenities at Midnight and make sure the property is secured

Walk the property to ensure security and safety of residents

Work closely with the Property Manager to monitor property activity and watch for vandalism, theft or various other petty crimes
The preferred candidate for the Security and Maintenance will have the following:

Background in security preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes

Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations

Able to effectively multitask
-
Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
