Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Perform equipment repairs or provide options for replacement when necessary. (Commission is paid)
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot electrical components.
- Assist in plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work performed.

- Drive a company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance of HVAC/R systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to plumb and perform related tasks as part of HVAC installations or repairs.
- Familiarity with using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities.
