Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney located in Fort Worth, TX. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing legal advice, conducting research, handling litigation cases, and performing negotiations. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and staying updated on the latest legal developments.
Qualifications
- 4-7 Years of experience in litigation
- Strong legal advice and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
- Compensation depends on level of experience
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
