Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles, with experience in Civil Engineering Design
- Strong knowledge of Stormwater Management and Land Development processes
- Experience with Roadway Design and related project planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) and other design tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it is preferred
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes is an asset
