Job Purpose

The Digital Program Manager will lead the execution and lifecycle management of digital initiatives with a strong focus on omnichannel enablement.

This individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and beyond, ensuring that digital capabilities are adopted, optimized, and continuously improved. The role requires strong project management skills, a proactive, business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings experience in coordinating and optimizing omnichannel campaigns and digital experiences across web, email, paid media, field enablement, and marketing automation platforms, and is proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and drive timely execution. Experience with Monday.com is strongly preferred. The position reports to the Senior Director, Digital Operations.

Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

Digital Readiness & Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying and resolving roadblocks to digital adoption across multiple channels.
  • Build scalable, repeatable workflows for omnichannel campaign execution and optimization.
  • Track KPIs and success metrics across channels, sharing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage with Marketing, Commercial Ops, IT, Global teams, and external partners to understand business needs and recommend omnichannel solutions that align with customer engagement goals.
  • Ensure alignment on channel mix, audience segmentation, content planning, and activation strategy.
  • Coordinate execution logistics across all functions and platforms (e.g., email, web, field enablement tools, automation platforms).

Capability Lifecycle Ownership

  • Serve as the business owner for key digital and omnichannel tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement).
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize use of these platforms post-launch, ensuring features are adopted and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to assess engagement performance across channels and evolve strategies accordingly.

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management for omnichannel and digital initiatives, including campaign setup, tracking, and post-launch enhancements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time execution and tracking budgets against planned scope.
  • Build, manage, and optimize dashboards, boards, automations, templates, and integrations for omnichannel execution.

Education

  • BA/BS in a related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus and valued, but not required.

Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • 10 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital initiatives from concept to implementation and beyond.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (CRM, web, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with change management and driving user adoption.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving, ambiguous environment with limited infrastructure.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and remote teams is a plus.
  • Preferred experience:
    • PMP or Agile certification.
    • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Veeva, Monday.com
    • Understanding of marketing operations, data integration, or commercial analytics.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
