Required Experince: 6 months Jimmy Johns in-shop or prior Jimmy Johns Shift Lead experince

Starting: $16-17/hr

Role Overview: As a Shift Leader at Jimmy John's, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our premier sandwich shop. Working closely with the management team, you'll ensure top-notch customer service and high-quality product delivery, maintaining profitability in the absence of Assistant or General Managers. You'll be responsible for upholding our systems and procedures with unwavering integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

Able to work up to 40 hours per week, including a variety of shifts.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Proficient in basic computer skills (Email, MS Word, MS Excel).

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to set and follow priorities with minimal supervision.

Comfortable with delegating tasks and coaching staff, including sandwich makers and delivery drivers/bikers.

Physically able to lift 30-40 lbs and remain active during shifts.

Experience: Prior management experience is a plus, but we're open to training the right candidate!
