Summary
The Associate Creative Content Producer is responsible for designing, formatting, and implementing visual elements for client campaigns, as well as developing, editing, and publishing written and visual content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, email marketing campaigns, ad campaigns, social media posts, whitepapers, videos, and more. This role is intentionally a hybrid between content creation visual asset development.

Daily Tasks Responsibilities
Production Design Execution
- Assist content, performance marketing, and technical teams with producing assets and other collateral for paid media, websites, social media, marketing materials, and ad hoc design requests
- Create manipulate visual assets through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Understand and recommend appropriate file types, software solutions, and formats for any given project
- Format visual proof files, collect for output for web (and some print) and other processes
- Be proactive with requesting the necessary information to complete the design work ahead of starting on projects
- Plan and produce video and multi-media content including script writing, shoot planning, and final editing
- Assess project specifics and create final deliverables that adhere to requirements and meet timelines
Inbound Marketing Sales Support
- Collaborate with the business development team to determine requirements and provide estimates for proposals
- Provide PR support through: award nominations and submissions, media outreach, and deliverable planning
- Execute on inbound marketing campaigns including blogs/articles, press releases, social content, and email copy
Content Creation Support
- Follow company client brand guidelines to ensure messaging is consistent with company guidelines/value/mission
- Develop and promote client brands, services, or products through the various digital content
- Via social media, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, etc.
- Use various content management systems (CMS) to manage and edit websites
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- WordPress
- SquareSpace
- Hubspot
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Write, review, edit and publish content as well as edit and revise content produced by other team members
Reporting Analysis
- Provide analysis and recommendations for all reporting including status reports, monthly reports, and ad hoc requests, as needed
- Use analytics to provide additional insight for content initiatives
- Performance analysis, recommendations next steps
Team Collaboration Development
- Contribute to cross-channel media strategy through the discovery, planning, and execution process
- Assist in new business pitches or new business opportunities, where applicable
