Position: Print Production and Delivery Driver
Job Description: BPX Printing & Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-driven person to join our team in Benicia, CA for a hybrid position that will involve making deliveries and working in the print production department. Familiarity with the printing industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and through email on meeting project printing requirements
- Operate printers, scanners and bindery machines.
- Ensure high-quality output and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Deliver jobs to customers in a company delivery vehicle and maintain a professional appearance and attitude while with our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a print production environment is preferred.
- Experience with bindery machines and cutters.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 35lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Window PC File Management
