Warehouse Coordinator - BPV Environmental
Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to maintain our receiving areas. Will receive shipments according to company policy, maintain clean and functionally organized warehouses, and perform ordering procedures as required by the company.
Essential Functions:

Ability to communicate professionally, accurately, and timely to all internal and external customers
Ability to or Willingness to learn proper operations of the following equipment items; forklift, scissor-lift, box truck, and yard switcher
Receive all incoming materials for essential operations including but not limited to seed, fertilizer, chemicals, paper, pallets, and other products and manufacturing components
Assist with monthly cycle counts and verification of materials
Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning and organizing all components of the warehouses, and reporting any damages or needed repairs appropriately
Stock non-inventoried items such as labels, office and cleaning supplies, and other supplies in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager
Stage all materials for upcoming production for every shift
Repairs on Paper Gator bins that are distributed out in the community
All other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma / GED
Proven organizational skills
Customer Service Oriented
Knowledge of warehouse organization strategies
Attention to detail and conscientiousness
Basic knowledge of computer including MS Office use and data entry
Very good physical condition and strength
Ability to read, write, and comprehend in the English Language
Preferred Education and Experience:
Advanced Degree
Excellent Computer Skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in an office and plant environment within a manufacturing/warehouse/shipping facility with a controlled climate in the office area, temperatures vary in the plant area. This position requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, balancing, kneeling, and crawling.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, standard days/hours are Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm with the flexibility of some early hours, evening hours, and weekend work when needed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Travel:
No overnight or long-distance travel expected for this position
Local travel required for errands, warehouse transfers, PaperGator Repairs
