Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Office) (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Brick Psychiatric Services is a long-established, physician-owned outpatient psychiatry practice that has proudly served the community for over 26 years. We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is more than a front desk position. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience while helping our office operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Obtain prior authorizations
- Collect copayments and process patient paperwork
- Manage medical records, scanning, and document organization
- Assist with billing-related administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support providers and staff with day-to-day office operations
- Help ensure an organized, efficient, and patient-focused practice

Preferred Qualifications
Experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and excited to learn.

- Medical office administration
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Medical scheduling and patient coordination

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
