Import Export Coordinator (Experience required)

ALL OTHERS WILL BE IGNORED.  Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and monitor import, export, and domestic freight activitiesEnsure resources, assets, and communications are utilized effectively and efficientlyApply logistics expertise to optimize shipping, routing, and transportation proceduresPerform ACE system entries and maintain compliance with regulatory requirementsCommunicate with vendors, agents, customers, and internal teams to secure profitable outcomes and promote mutual satisfactionPlan, schedule, and track shipments based on customer and company requirementsPrepare accurate status reports and performance updates for upper managementInvoice customers for services rendered and ensure timely billingReview, verify, and approve invoices from vendors, subcontractors, and agents related to coordinated shipments and servicesMaintain strong record-keeping practices and uphold a customer-focused approachDemonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skillsWork independently, managing multiple priorities and tracking ongoing processesPerform data entry and utilize computer systems with proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet applicationsMaintain outstanding organizational and coordination capabilities with strong attention to detail Qualifications must include:Minimum of 2 years of Import/Export forwarding and customer service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet-based platformsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to multiple internal software systemsBilingual English/Spanish is preferred; proficiency in both languages is a plusMust have a clean background checkCompany DescriptionWe’re a team of passionate professionals dedicated to protecting what matters most for our clients.
