Responsibilities
- Prepare federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts, and non-profits
- Conduct tax research to resolve technical issues and support filing positions
- Perform tax projections and assist with planning engagements
- Support international tax engagements as needed (global mobility, cross-border compliance)
- Handle special projects across various practice areas as the firm grows
- Interact directly with clients and communicate proactively within the team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0–3 years of tax or public accounting experience (recent graduates welcome)
- CPA licensed or actively pursuing certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tax preparation software, and research databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Energetic, positive, can-do attitude — collaborative team culture is a priority

Pay: $54,096.23 - $75,000.00 per year
