Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Land Surveying and Surveying practices, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

- Hands-on experience operating Total Station and other modern surveying instruments and data collection tools.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Working knowledge of survey software, CAD platforms, and GIS tools for data processing and mapping.
- Ability to interpret plats, deeds, legal descriptions, and construction plans with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead or collaborate with field and office teams.
