They are intended to be a summary of key job responsibilities and duties.Perform Certified Access Specialist (CASp) inspections for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities to evaluate compliance with applicable accessibility regulations (CBC Chapter 11A/11B, ADA Standards, federal and state requirements).Prepare detailed CASp inspection reports outlining findings, barriers, applicable standards, and corrective recommendations.Provide guidance to clients regarding accessibility compliance, barrier removal strategies, and risk mitigation.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and inspection notes.Address client questions and deliver services in a clear, timely, and professional manner.Perform all work consistent with BPR's and clients' policies and procedures.Provide all services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.Benefits:BPR offers a competitive compensation package consisting of top pay based on qualifications and experience with incentive opportunities tied to personal developmental goals. Our health benefit package includes major medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability insurances, a flexible spending account option and a company-sponsored 401k plan.Desired Qualifications:Three (3) plus years of experience performing accessibility inspections, accessibility consulting, building inspection, or related experience.Strong knowledge of accessibility codes and standards, including ADA, CBC Chapter 11A/11B, and relevant federal and state regulations.Familiarity with construction processes and building design.Experience preparing technical reports or inspection documents.Strong communication and client service skills.Good driving record.Certification Requirements:Current CASp Certification (Certified Access Specialist) required.Additional ICC certifications (such as Building Inspector or Plans Examiner) are a plus.Compensation:BPR Consulting Group offers competitive wages and has strong benefit offerings.
