This is a full-time on-site role for an Operating Room Sales (OS) Representative, based in Tacoma, WA. The OS Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up with existing accounts, and coordinating with clinical personnel to understand and address their surgical instrument needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal repair solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service and support.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
