Responsibilities

• Operate filling line equipment accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistent product flow and proper packaging.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to verify product integrity and compliance with FDA regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cleanroom environment, following CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
• Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move supplies safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with assembly tasks related to packaging components and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Support sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards, including cleaning workstations and equipment regularly.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or manufacturing background preferred; familiarity with packaging operations is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire; experience with pallet jacks is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with machining helps in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Strong understanding of materials handling, sanitation practices, and assembly processes within a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting.
