Responsibilities include:
· Daily communication with BPI Color internal teams and customers
· Assembling delivery orders paying close attention to detail to ensure the delivery of the correct supplies and equipment
· Assist in equipment delivery, installation, and relocations
· Assisting in planning delivery routes to maximize efficiency and speed
· Carry a cell phone to communicate with BPI offices throughout the day
· Going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service
· The Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operations/Production person will be an important resource for all tasks, questions or concerns related to the warehouse, delivery, fleet operations and many production related tasks
· Inventory Management
· Maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse
· Assisting with shop cleanliness
Skills and Experience:
· High school education or equivalent
· Valid Wisconsin Driver License and be comfortable driving all types of delivery vehicles including full size vans and pulling a single axel trailer
· Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
· 1-2 years’ customer service experience or interaction preferred
· Excellent driving record
· Working knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee Metro area
· Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and work in a standing position for long periods throughout each shift
· Forklift experience is a plus
· Time management and organizational skills, especially in coordinating deliveries between BPI facilities and customers
· Problem solving and decision-making skills
BPI Color offers its employees a full benefit package and competitive wages. Paid holidays and nights and weekends off. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. PTO is accrued throughout the year. BPI Color is an equal opportunity employer.
