We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Mechanic - II to join our manufacturing facility team. Responsibilities
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and drives.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation of work performed.
- Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure equipment reliability.
- Research and order replacement parts and materials.
- Recommend process or component improvements to reduce downtime.
- Participate in maintenance projects to enhance system efficiency.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist with equipment operation training for plant personnel.
- Serve as a member of the plant’s Emergency Response Team.
- Assist with fabrication, machining, or welding as needed.
- Support maintenance during shutdowns and capital projects.

Technical Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication.
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and specifications.
- Fabrication and welding experience required.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
