At BPG-USA, we’re dedicated to innovation, craftsmanship, and quality. We’re seeking an HRIS & Payroll Administrator to manage and optimize our UKG (UltiPro/Dimensions) systems, ensuring accurate data, efficient payroll processing, and seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration
- Serve as the main organizational contact for UKG (UltiPro/Dimensions) support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS functionality to meet HR and business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, system testing, and updates.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including key HR and payroll metrics.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to streamline processes and improve data integrity.
- Manage interfaces and file feeds between UKG and third-party vendors (benefits, payroll, timekeeping, etc.).
Payroll Administration
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Audit and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in collaboration with HR and managers.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
- Partner with Shared Services to ensure timely payroll processing and issue resolution.
Reporting & Training
- Develop and distribute HR and payroll reports, such as headcount summaries, PPP tracking, and workforce analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR and payroll data.
- Deliver end-user training and support for HRIS and payroll functions.
- Serve as a resource for HRIS capabilities and process improvements.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience with UKG (UltiPro/Dimensions) HRIS and payroll systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS configuration, payroll administration, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in HR reporting, analytics, and database management.
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work.
