The Opportunity:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our Transaction Support Team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of data quality and operational integrity for our equipment financing transactions. You will have the opportunity to impact processes from inception to completion, collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Data Integrity: Define, implement, and meticulously monitor data quality controls for documentation and transaction bookings. Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues, providing clear and concise reports on findings and resolutions.
- Investigate & Improve: Lead investigations into operational incidents, developing and implementing corrective action plans to address both short-term challenges and long-term root causes.
- Shape & Validate Processes: Determine middle and back-office business requirements, craft comprehensive test cases, coordinate testing phases, and provide final sign-off approval for production releases.
- Policy Oversight: Conduct periodic reviews and approve booking policies and procedures across middle and back-office functions, ensuring alignment and best practices.
- End-to-End Risk Assessment: Perform comprehensive front-to-back process, risk, and control assessments. Identify control gaps, implement effective mitigating procedures and resolution plans, including post-booking reviews of new deals and programs.
- Operational Risk Management: Collaborate closely with the Operational Risk Officer to identify and report operational risk incidents. Execute and diligently monitor agreed-upon action plans, ensuring timely progress.
- New Product Representation: Represent the Transaction Support department on New Product Committees, providing valuable input on operational implications.
- Audit Support: Address requests from internal and external auditors, actively participating in the development and implementation of recommendations to resolve audit findings.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience within financial control frameworks.
- Proven experience in operational risk management and lease accounting (as lessor) is a significant advantage.
- Effective communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

The salary range for this position will be between $125,000 - $170,000. BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
