Key responsibilities:
- Meet pre-qualified homeowners to provide estimates
- Deliver a structured presentation
- Close deals on the first visit whenever possible
- Navigate objections and lead conversations
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Must-Have:
- Prior B2C or in-home sales experience required
- Proven first-visit closing ability
- Strong objection handling
- Confident and competitive
- Comfortable with a 100% commission 1099 structure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spa-Eng) is a plus
Compensation:
- Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000 annually
- Uncapped commissions
