We are hiring Outside Sales Reps to present, negotiate, and close deals effortlessly in the Broward area. If you have at least 2 years' experience in impact windows and roofing sales with a local company, master the In-Home One-Call Close, and want a steady stream of sales opportunities, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run pre-qualified appointments
- Present home improvement solutions, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage follow-ups and pipeline
- Represent our brand professionally and ethically
- Identify additional opportunities when appropriate
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in impact windows and roofing sales with a local company
- Availability to travel to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach
- Proven ability to close on the first visit
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable in a performance-driven role
Compensation:
- Uncapped commissions
- Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
