1. Results Driven Compensation

• Calculated Upside: Top performers in 2026 earn $40,000 to $125,000 (Base Performance-Based Commission).

2. The Infrastructure

3. Your Objectives

• Convert: Systematically follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
• Qualify: Use logic-based assessments to identify high-intent real estate opportunities.
• Schedule: Secure firm appointments for our Real Estate Specialists.
• Data Mastery: Maintain 100% accurate CRM records to ensure system efficiency.

4. The Ideal Candidate

• Sales Experience: 1 years of high-volume ISA or outbound sales experience.
• Proven Results: Must be able to demonstrate past KPIs, specifically conversion and set-to-met ratios.
• Skillset: A master of objection handling with a "closer" mentality.
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in CRMs (Follow Up Boss/Sierra) and AI tools.
• Licensing: Real Estate license preferred; a proven sales track record is mandatory.
