Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Brake Press operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality work on metal components and assemblies using various brake press processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently during off-shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
Perform brake press operations on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
Read and interpret blueprints
Set up and operate brake press equipment, including fixturing and positioning of parts
Inspect and test products for quality and structural integrity
Maintain brake press equipment
Keep work area in clean and safe condition
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
