Job Responsibilities:
- Set Maintenance appointments for existing and prospective clients.
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Generate appointments by making proactive outbound phone calls and proper follow up with customers.
- Generate daily reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dealership environment with a strong focus on customer service and retail sales.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to manage inventory and perform cold calling effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in retail math.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
