Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from our customers, vendors, and sales.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new construction rental accounts.
- Add, update, and cancel services for our existing commercial customer base.
- Resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely manner by thinking outside the box.
- Validate all items on the daily schedule have been completed.
- Identify and escalates priority issues.
- Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
- Work closely with your counterparts within operations and other departments.
- Daily point of contact (during office hours) for a book of predetermined accounts.
- Work in tandem with management and previous reps to secure resigns or inform customers of contractual increases.
