About You

You are highly talented, ambitious, energetic, adaptable and customer service focused. The right person will be comfortable multi-tasking, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from our customers, vendors, and sales.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new construction rental accounts.
  • Add, update, and cancel services for our existing commercial customer base.
  • Resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely manner by thinking outside the box.
  • Validate all items on the daily schedule have been completed.
  • Identify and escalates priority issues.
  • Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
  • Work closely with your counterparts within operations and other departments.
  • Daily point of contact (during office hours) for a book of predetermined accounts.
  • Work in tandem with management and previous reps to secure resigns or inform customers of contractual increases.

  • Great attention to detail
  • Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment
